Wonderful Stay!

super clean roomdaily towelluxurious escape
Our room was super clean upon arrival. I appreciated the daily towel art created by the housekeeping team. The hotel is well kept and offered a luxurious escape. I did not worry about anything , thanks to the attentive staff.
The beach had a lot of crabs and shells.

dirty glassesunhelpful staff
the glasses in my room were not cleaned properly stains were visible the staff wasn't very helpful also the shuttle service was very slow i really expected better service given the hotel's reputation and price point the lack of attention to detail was disappointing especially concerning cleanliness issues overall i felt let down by the experience
