clean beach good breakfast well-equipped gym
the gym has treadmills and bikes, perfect for my morning routine. breakfast was amazing!!! it included so much variety and the food tasted good. the hotel offered direct access to a very clean beach, a big plus for me.
The pool area had some tiles missing. I noticed that.

Wonderful Stay!
super clean room daily towel luxurious escape
Our room was super clean upon arrival. I appreciated the daily towel art created by the housekeeping team. The hotel is well kept and offered a luxurious escape. I did not worry about anything , thanks to the attentive staff.
The beach had a lot of crabs and shells.

The swimming pool had its own bar. I consider this a nice touch. The pool area is expansive. There IS a poolside bar, a rare find!!!

dirty glasses unhelpful staff
the glasses in my room were not cleaned properly stains were visible the staff wasn't very helpful also the shuttle service was very slow i really expected better service given the hotel's reputation and price point the lack of attention to detail was disappointing especially concerning cleanliness issues overall i felt let down by the experience
